The only thing im going to mod is my stats so I can just unlock it all but I dont feel going to a game only to find people flying everywhere with god mode on.

Im planning to just use Steam because you can get a pirated copy of the version (since why would I pay for a game Treyarch doesnt even support) and download the mappacks with them too. I know PS3 is full of hackers but I could give Xbox 360 a chance... (when I buy one, which is soon)

So pretty much I wan a Gaming system (PC, PS3, or Xbox) that I can just unlock everything and then actually play legit.
What good system should I play on?

Lolololol This topic makes me laugh. No matter what system you get their all full of modding. Now that last thing you asked depends if you want to mod your stats on xbox or ps3 you need someone to host you unless you want to buy a modded console however on pc it is very easy to mod stats but I wouldn't say waw on pc if very fun. It all comes down to your opinion

As said by Zombiegangster...modders are on all platforms. PC would be the better option in my opinion, with specific servers for modding, etc. and modding on PC can actually be fun for all people rather than just the one person using hacks (like zombie mods, custom maps, etc.) as far as console gaming goes, both XBOX and PS3 are full of ISO/GDU Modders, if you want a new console, now is a terrible time to get one as next-gen consoles are just around the corner...

It's way worse on PC bro
