Hello NGU

I been looking for this file for a while and found it, Its a Debug Pkg from Sony back when they used to have Debug pkg but they close the server back when CFW could go to DEX and any Official Debug Pkg is hard to find (Rare)

There not much this can be used for but if you know what your doing i guess it can be good, But hope you enjoy

I only have BLUS30192, So dont ask for other regions

This used to be the download link but u can see its removed

Can you find 1.11 for Blackops 2 by any chance? looked everywhere.

they removed debug pkgs in 2011 the game didnt ever have one unless they only put the server for real dev only

nothing really just debug pkf from sony are all ready fself the eboot/self so u can rte zombir/singleplayer or mp without making them just put pkg on and play if this is ur region, other then that there nothing really i think it does have some differnt info in the ff but thats all ready out there soo nothing really :p

yea this pkg dont allow u to play on dev servers u still connect to normal servers im pretty sure
