The patches I have installed are:
Purple Kush for multiplayer
Phoenix v.5 for Der Riese Zombies
and some other ones for campaign and the other zombie maps.

I have found those patches and was able to download them and install those patches, but couldn't really find any patches for map pack 1 and 2. If you could please upload the patches you have for map pack 1 and 2 that would be great.
