You Will need!
-Windows desktop or laptop
-NotePad ++
-XeXTool

Ok so first you need to find a patch you want to edit, I will be using Project Razor v1

1. Make sure that XeXTool and the .DLL file are in the same directory.

2. Navigate to the start menu, search for cmd and then copy that to where the xextool is.

3. Then from the cmd you copied, open it and type this in and type:
xextool -e -u -c u (your_ dll_ file_ name.dll)

4. Now that your .DLL file is now decrypted, right click on your decrypted .dll file and open with notepad ++
(Do NOT make the file size bigger by adding an extra space or characters.) To edit it, lets say you have Project Razor v1 in team names, well, you can only edit it if you have the same amount of characters in the modded dll you have.

5. Now to reencrypt your dll, type this in XeXTool:
xextool -c c (your_dll_file_name.dll)
