Ok first u jailbreak ur ipod then u make a custom app that when u plug it into ur Back usb drive it transfers the hack to ur hdd and will let u cheat at everything(including life)

This only works if you delete the System32 folder within your Windows directory.

Steven, in regards to your idea, You are just using the iphone/itouch as a USB drive. No different then using a usb drive. Not anyway possible, sorry.
