well its called a Transfer Cable you can use that to hook it up to your Hard drive no matter how many gigs then you use a program called xport or explorer and find your profile you can search youtube on stuff like how to mod your gamertag, or how to get all achievements..

also you can mod avatar using any hex edit program.

If you download Horizon you can open up your profile in the avatar colour editor and edit the colours easier. its easier than hex editing!!
