Nope, they are there to practice modding, for people who need a gamesave, ect.

Plus they are unmodded

I don't really see the point to this, but I suppose it could be useful to some.

cool, not really sure what the purpose is, but i could upload an Oblivion / Bioshock 2 save to help the cause? ( both really pointless because BS2 modding is just like health, and oblivion already has a crapload ) but still...
