Firstly you will need to create 4 images Wallpaper1 (Home theme) , Wallpaper2 (Game Library), Wallpaper3 (Video Library, Music Library, Picture Library) and Wallpaper4 (System Settings).
NOTE: With the Home theme there will always be that fatass sphere covering half the screen.

You will need an editing software to resize all the images to 1280 x 720.
A good one is Photoshop but GIMP, and Paint also work.

When finished creating your 4 pictures save them as .PNG and call them Wallpaper1 Wallpaper2 Wallpaper3 Wallpaper4

When finished with your images open up Le Fluffie (link at top)
Click File then Package Creation

Fill in the details as you want but make sure Thematic Skin is selected

Next click the Theme tab and fill in the features as you want (I would stick to just changing Sphere Colour and Dash Style)

Now right click on the Right Blank Box and click Add File. Then locate Wallpaper1. Do this for all 4 images.

Now right click each image and rename, remove the .png on the end.

When done go to Finalization and hit Create Package. Save it as whatever you want and where ever you want.

Now you will need to open USBXtafGUI (link at top)
(Make sure your usb is in your computer )
Click File > Open Device then double click on Content.

I copied a theme to my usb to see what the folders look like but u can create them. If so create a folder with 16 0s so 0000000000000000

Now in this folder create another folder called FFFE07D1

In this folder you need to make yet another folder called 00030000

In this folder you can now inject your theme you created earlier

Now exit USBXTAFGUI plug your usb into your xbox. Go to My Xbox and go to the board with your avatar on it then go down to Change Theme and yours will be there. Enjoy!!!!!!!!

that black rectangle has detail but its hard to see

when i plug it back in to my xbox 360 the theme isnt there.
any idea why this could be?

i had to use USBXTAFGUI version.006

that just means you didnt follow the instructions correctly, maybe the folders are wrong or u missed something out on le fluffie

Can this be done on a retail xbox, or do you need a jtag?

Edit: Nevermind, I tried it, and it works on a retail.
