i have tried it on a profile and changed the name to see what happens and it worked fine and changed it but do not want to do it on my main account just in case it gets banned!

You can get banned for it yes , but it is really up to you i know ppl tht do it all the time and nothing happens , and other who do it one time a get a temp ban

i knew some people that did it and didnt get banned, but i heard they are banning for it now. i think this service should be free, so stupid.

Oh but if you banned is then your hole xbox banned from xbox live or only that account?

theres always a posiblity. of being banned if your doing a modification of any kind..
