If you don't know, I'd research before you bought one. A KV or key vault is used to unban your Jtagged system. A KV is unique to each xbox and when installed, can reverse your system ban.

He's saying make your own Jtagged system. But ,yes, you can extract your own KV from an old or broken xbox you don't want.

You cannot make your own KV. They are created based on an algorithm that is unknown at this point.
