get the mp file of the patch and put it on a usb. next get on xex and make a new folder. name it xex and thean burn mw2 on there. after that u go to ure usb selection, than mp file. Copy it and paste it to mw2 folder you just made. Any were it doesnt matter. Just mak sure u open mw2 to were you can see all the info. once you see that it will say this allready exists, want to overwrite this crap. You hit yes and now you have ure patch on the game. start mw2 after to check to see if it worked. u do this by hitting the left stick in the mw2 folder. it will take you to two green folders. press the second one. then go to system link and check.

Now for 10th lobby you need the new freeboot. Do you have it? if not you need your original nand. but if you do all you have to do is crete a new xbox live member ship and recover it on ure jtag. once your ready to host a lobby go through all the steps and then instead of goin to system link go to xbox live and sign in to ure new account. a message will come up. depending on what type of jtag u hit different things. ex. for my xexon it says i need to update xbox live. i hit yes and it works.

MAKE SURE you dont sign into xbox live at all with ure creted account because xbox live will ban ure console. after every lobby you host your consol will get banned and youll need to buy a kv to fix it. so stay on live for as long as possible. hope this helps.
