I looked to see if this was posted before, but it couldn't find a thread. If I am mistaken, please notify me. Everyone probably knows this already, but I figured I'd post it in case there were people who did not.

On maps such as Derailer, Skyfire, and Wharfare, where you can commit suicide by jumping off and into things (off the map, into water, etc), you can shoot your teammates and have them jump off and commit suicide to net you 100XP, a kill, and a point for your team on Team Deathmatch.

All you need is a friend willing to do this with you. Just shoot them, tell them to jump in/die, and voila... you just got your team and yourself a kill. You can do this however many times you want in a match.

This works as of July 31, 2010. (Just did this earlier today.)

It's a great way to boost your k/d, or w/l, ratio, as well as level up quicker. It'll let you get killstreaks and awards, too.

Shotguns, SMG's, and Assault Rifles work best for this, single-shot guns and LMG's seem to not always work.
