gamesave data and other stuff can be transferd by a data migration kit some xboxs come with them some dont but they are free you need to go onto xbox.com type in search data migration kit to download the form it comes as a pdf file so u will need adobe reader or something equivelent print the form out then fill it out and send it off to the adress provided. On the form you need both xboxs serial numbers, name, adress and date off purchase for your first xbox and as for the action replay thing sorry but i dont know hope this helped
