(NOTE): This will renew the membership completely back to 1, 3 or 12 (depends on what is on your account).
Requirements:
1. 1,3 or 12 month membership on your account
2. A brother family member or friend that has membership code CODE NOT USED (that will help you do this).
3. A Phone (Cellular Device)
WHEN they have canceled the membership they should say within 5-7 days they will send the 2 new codes to the email that (was mistakenly put on ur account)
I HAVE DONE THIS AN IT WORKS!
When they say there going to cancel it or anything make sure that your getting your cards back.
YOU MUST KNOW ALL INFO TO YOUR ACCOUNT. SECURITY QUESTION, NAME ETC
Steps
1. Enter friend, family or anyone who will let you do this an enter there code to your account
2. When you call just do everything you can to get to a agent.
3. Tell them by accident you had entered your code on your friends account.
4. Ask if there is a way to get it back? If they ask for receipt say you were not given one.
5. They will ask for all info on account that you entered code on
6. Ask them an make sure how will you get your original accounts membership back.
7. If they say there is no possible way for you to get both memberships back then hang up an try again.
8. Then after they said they can get your code back an your friends then good.
9. They should say it will be sent to the email on your original account.
(THIS CAN WORK EITHER WAY)
I MEAN YOU CAN DO THIS FOR YOUR FRIEND OR ANYWAY POSSIBLE OR JUST DO THE WAY THAT WHO KNOWS ALL THE INFO TO YOUR OWN ACCOUNT!
