Well on xbox 360, there is an achievment to get $500,000 and I suppose they didn't want you cheating and getting it in less than 2 mins.
Also, this GTA has more features involving money than the other GTA games.

no cheats for money on gta ther eare possible cheats on pc but consoles do not have cheats

Tip : Find a bank machine wait for someone to draw money and then kill them its a good way of making money enjoy!

ye there is...the cheat for health is same for money n guns

for consoles when u do the health+armour+guns cheat it gives you that but no money there is no money cheat at all for gta iv at this time .... unlike in previous gta games
