Tutorial:
1. Sign into your banned xbox live account
2. While its on the screen where its loading to sign in press Y repeatedly
3. After it asks you to pick a storage device press the xbox live guide button, and you should be on the dashboard with a banned account

Note: You can watch netflix movies, edit your profile, download games, but you cannot talk to friends or view your friends list.
