(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Since PSN went down, me and my XBOX got to know each other better, and I miss my PSN :(. Alas, I managed to find a way to possibly avoid getting banned for whatever you manage to do with your XBOX.

1. First thing for the next couple of days is to not send any messages about infections or anything like that.

2. Now call Microsoft and say someone invited you to a lobby and it modded your rank to a rank thats not in the game and say your scared you'll get console banned because some kids said there going to report you. (Microsoft is going to say "Well let me give you Activision's number")

3. Say you already called them and they didn't do anything then just keep telling the agent how scared you are of being console banned and if he/she doesn't suggest it say "Well can't you put some notes on my gamertag saying I called or something?" the agent your talking to should say "Sure" if not try again.

So basically your asking them to attach a note to your account saying you called and its not your fault your that rank. In case your gamertag gets investigated. I have not tried this but it seems like very very basic social engineering. It would be easy to convince Microsoft that you got into this lobby by accident and they do not have any proof that you tried to get in it, as long as you didn't send any stupid messages.

This tutorial was devised for modding to 11th prestige in any one of the CoD series. However, it can be easily altered with some basic common sense for simple illegitimate 10th prestige.
