there isnt an option...but in the advanced section type ai_meleeRange in the settings and set the value to 0 and the dogs cant hurt you....in cod tool 1.5 you will be able to increase the effect of juggernaut in the perks and you have the option to get host everytime

yea the juggernaught and the host everytime dont work. host every time starts up a new game with noone in it but then when someone joins the game it says "migrating host" so you cant be host anymore. and the juggernaught thing decreases it i think because i died in three hits with it on once i bought juggernog
