Yeah, it means you need to reassign it. Go to "calculate blocks" and it should make it true.

One false is completely fine. A few falses will usually not corrupt your profile but the mod may or may not work. A shitload of falses means you messed up big somewhere.

You also need to resign it with Modio. Just resign it in there after you rehashed it with the hash block calculater all you do in that is goto Tools > Calculate. Then JUST resign it with Modio and it should work.
