No there is know way to get somebodies ip adress just from xbl, you can tho but i am assuming that you want to "hack" there account i wont let that happen

Ok first of all there is no way to do that and second of you want peoples ip but honestly even when you do get the ip do you even have any idea what do with it and how you can use it and what an ip really is (and dont gimme a google definition of ip) -.- from your question i really think you dont and your just mad because you lost to someone on xbox live
