No date just yet, but these things only take a week or so to go through certification, and quite often less if it's an urgent request. The last one took 3 days from announcement -> patch.

Everyone already hates Treyarch, I don't.
Its only for the shitty job on WaW.
IW is God in everyone's eyes for their version of CoD.
Treyarch will be hated even more for CoD 7 if it sucks,
