yes its only the ones they reset you cant play again.

sow you mean if i play COD 4 i cant get ACh on this game if i used the hack but if i dont use the hack on L4D 2 sow i can get of him the ACH

It means if you have used the achivment hack on COD4 then you cannot get those achivements after it has been reset but if you have not used it on L4D then you CAN get those achivments.
