Xport360 just doesn't load my profile.

It loaded one of my side profiles but it doesn't load my main one.

So i edited the one it loaded but then i couldn't replace the old one so i deleted the old one then tryed but it still didnt work.

So i deleted all other profiels on my HDD on my Xbox, then tried to laod it but it still didn't load any profiles?

Can anyone walk me through how to get it to come up?
