Like, their legs go through the seat and on the pavement.
Cant remeber how i did it
but i think i opened the door, dont chuck 'em out, point the gun at themOr summing like that
But they carried on driving

Here's how you do it i've known how to do this for a while now but my clan said it was to nooby to put in a vid. but since you guys are wondering....Here
Flinstones Glitch
1.Go up to vechicle with a pedestrian inside of it.
2.Tap the button to get inside the vehicle.
3.As soon as your character opens the door hit jump really quick.
Note: Im guessing that the game didn't function properly and it figured to throw the person out and it messes it up by his feet going threw the car lol it looks like the flinstones car so much hahaha...
