Step 1. Go into Team Tactical to find someone hosting, or get a friend to get infected by the "real xp lobbie" community film.
Step 2. Once in a lobby (you will know by looking at the people killing themselves in the kill feed) suicide 3 times, then get a kill or any form of XP (this will make your XP required bar in the start menu say "0XP required to prestige").
Step 3. Generally then the host will back out, once everyone is level 50. A host migration will occur.
Step 4. Once you pull host, back out of the lobby, causing a another host migration to occur. Once the host migration is complete, and you see the black screen with the Black Ops 1 logo, sign out. This will cause you to be at the multiplayer main menu. Sign back in, and prestige. This is how to get the XP to stick.

Warnings:
- If the original host of the lobby, the XP will not stick.
- Make sure to sign out after backing out to allow the XP to stick.
- Do a little bit at a time, and after a few prestiges, make sure that you go and play normal game of TDM or something for a while, as there is the risk of getting banned.
- You have to pull host and back out for the XP to stick.
