What are you having problems with?

All you need to do is put the patch_mp.ff onto a USB and plug it into your Jtag then copy + paste into the appropriate game folder.

I'm not familiar with Xbox but what you need to do is Copy and Paste all the files to the game folder

I'm pretty sure you use the .dll file and the default.xex file to mod mw2
Other games im not sure about

You will need to use .dll's for the current title update, I just presumed when he said "patches" he was planning on playing on TU6 or earlier.

Didn't think of that, but most people refer to the latest update.
I'm not an Xbox fan so I don't know to much crap about it other than M$ is money hungry.
