So first off, You want to make a brand new account.

Once you have done that, Go to your system settings: Console Settings: Language and Locale:

and chose Locale, Once you are in "Local" You want to change it to India. Like so:

Then, you want to log into the account you have just made, and go to "Join Live" and enter your Name, Email, password etc.

Now, You want to make sure you're Contact Preferences ( Xbox Marketing / Partner Marking ) are both UNCHECKED! Like so:

Then click accept, Once you have done that, It will tell you your GT, Click Continue.

Then, You should get a screen called, Xbox Live Gold, Click Continue.

Now, You will be at Xbox Live Gold Memberships. It will give you the option to buy gold, but you DONT WANT TO DO THAT!!

Make sure you click "Upgrade Later"

Then you will get a option to Try Gold Free ( One Month )

Click Start Free Trial, and Bam!!!!!! You just got a free one month!
