Wait a while until Ixtreme LT is released which is basically said to be undetectable by Microsoft then you should have no trouble

thanks for the reply i shall look out for it, so ixtreme 1.5 is unsafe to use both offline and online?

offline im sure dosn't matter as they cannot see what firmware your dvd drive is running if your not connected to the internet. Even if you get / got banned then you can still play offline or play online which means doing some technical stuff (includes soldering inside the xbox etc)
