Planes
Customize your car
Parachute
Heli drops (Police coming down from rope)
Diffrent fighing styles
Random cheats(Riot mode, peds have guns, Flying cars, etc)
Jetpack

Anything else you guys want to add?

i think u named them all apart from swimming under water Winky Winky more desert areas, i think u could play SA for years and not get bord, & Play IV for about 30 mins and get bored . DRIVE TRAINS TOO! cars should be faster
