This is not proven to work as i have just started working on this. It's kind of like the XP Hack for Red Dead Redemption (By TouchMyKahones) but for money in your offline game in GTA. NOTE : i am using The Ballad Of Gay Tony Save File because that was the only one i could find.

OK First open your GTA Save and it should look like this:

Then open the RAGE.SAV File with a Hex Editor it should look like this:

Use this Website to convert your CURRENT money into hex value:

NOTE: PRESS NOT ROUNDED!

Now it should display under Single precision (32 bits) the Hexadecimal value. SELECT THE FIRST FOUR DIGITS.

Once you find out your Moneys Hex Value press CTRL+F then change the datatype to Hex Values Like So:

Now it should Highlight the value. Now go back to that website and enter how much money you would like to have. Remember to press NOT ROUNDED.

And Once again select the First four digits in The Single precision (32 bits) Hexadecimal Box.

Now go back to the Hex Editor and replace The old value with your new one.

NOW SAVE IT!

PUT IT BACK ON YOUR USB STICK AND TRANSFER TO YOUR PS3!
