I use a tos cable and usb connected to the back of the 360 from the mixamp and I have the proper settings under audio but no sound from headset at all... works on my ps3....? Any ideas?

Im thinking of routing the sound from my tv since it has a tos port and does 5.1 and trying chat from 360 off usb. Anyone have an idea about whats going on?

i had the same problem the otherday getting my chat to work, i used my turtle beach talk back cable and it worked :/ but with the no sound im not really sure

Hears what I do....

XBOX360 to my TV via an HDMI cable. Sound from my TV to my MixAmp via an optical cable. I also do the same wiith my PS3. I've never had any problems with this set up.

Other than that check your MixAmp manual to make sure you are connecting all of the cables correctly. If you are you might have a faulty cable somewhere.
