The intial response from microsoft is that any games that were modded ( Score of ingame ) are now somehow traceable with this new update ( I personlly thought this was bull shit) Untill today when I logged in and BOOM a full reset.

Im still awaiting the ever so garunteed sarcastic response from the terms of service team , I'll keep you guys posted.

Im thinking my Playstation ( I dont charge you for a subscription ) 3 is looking rather tempting again

So just becarefull when accessing anything on your accounts to as microsft are cracking down the ban hammer , Im not banned today but who knows if i piss of the forum there end enough I may end up with a cooling off period




My Gamerscore had been reset and I'd like to know why ?

I am the sole user of this account and know for certian that no one else has access to it therefore nothing could have happenend to my account

following a complaint made to Microsoft about over charging my account for my renewal, I logged in this morning and played a game and unlocked achievments I'd thought I'd unlocked and when I checked my game history everuthing had been reset with the gamerzone being changed to "Cheater"

No not to sound like a dick because being 25 years old I want to do this in the proper manner, But if the powers that be thought I had cheated because some little squirt had filed a complaint after getting done online then , Why in the first instance has microsoft not emailed me as to why this has happened ?

Its not like your short of contact detasils for me.

I would like an explanation for this as Microsoft have already agreed in my favour a judgement on a more serious complaint regarding using my details with out permission and I would love to include this.

I modded mine awhile back...about 4k.....so far I haven't been reset. But who cares its just GS that you can do nothing with. Tho its still stupid for resetting it.

Yeah I modded my years and 2 days later I was permabanned.
