Please try again.If the problem persists visit www.xbox.com/support" I've been to the website nothing so i was wondering if anyone else had the same problem or had a solution

Check your router and reset it, leave it 20 seconds then turn it back on.

Also try disconnecting your xbox's router or ethernet and then connecting it again. Try a connection check cause it sounds like its mostly to do with the internet side of things on your xbox
