you bought an xbox that has been banned from xbox live for cheating/hacking your better off with a playstation which are superior to xbox

Go return it or try and cry to the support line for xbox. Doubt your get far with it....

I know I HATE xbox.
I had a ps3 it got YLOD :(

Lol thats why you buy from someone that is legit or buy a new one....xbox doesnt suck just cause a console can get banned...thats called legit service.

And there is a way to unban it...just takes alot to do it...be better off gettin your money back.

It's banned because it had a JTAG, its a permanent ban so if you got it from a store take it back to them for a refund or another pre-owned or new one and they have to take it back or they can be sued for a shitload of money.

Like other have said the xbox itself is banned forever.
There no point in arguing it out with the relevant people either be the ban won't be reversed.

Your best bet is to return it to whoever sold it to you.
