I turned it back on and it went off again. Then i unplugged it by the power cord and gave it like 30 secs. I turned it back on and the lights are gone and i was able to play online again.

Can anyone tell me is it f**ked? Or is it nothing to worry about?

Might of been a overheat or something try cleaning vents, putting it in an open space and install your games to reduce strain on DVD Drive.

its a freezing error, this can lead to a constant freezing all the time, back up your saved games just in case you get a freezing xbox.
