they should provide boxing because they get millions of xbox's everyday with rrod because xbox sucks...

Easiest way is to bring the xbox360 without all components and let UPS pack it, but do the E-print thingy.Got mine back within 2 weeks from shipping out to getting in mail. Also they now REALLY fix the xbox's so you shouldnt be getting RROD anytime soon.

when I got RROD I called up the xbox repair hotline that microsoft provided and they sent me a special box with protective foam pieces inside to fit around the xbox and it was prepaid shipping so all I had to do was package it as the instructions say, tape it up and drop it off at UPS and got a new refurb xbox the next week.
