There's a few threads on here with modded common.rpf files but you need a working backup in order to work. Also if anyone's experienced in modding GTA4 on PC you can mod the vehicles.img with a program called SparkIV and get cars from Ballad of Gay Tony or any other ps3 GTA game on GTA4. I'd have posted tutorials by now but I can't even get a backup running.
