This does nothing i'm afraid, it was in a SentUAMessage wher someone asked:

"If a gamertag recieves enough complaints about the name, can it be changed for free?"

The Answer: "No, too many people would abuse the complaint system just to change it for free, if you want a GT change save up and get 800msp."
