I have the new xbox slim 250 gig and i just turned it on and it is disconnected to xbox live . so i test the xbox live and it connects to internet,my router but not xbox live.

any help?

I have the new xbox and mine was fine the only thing you can do is call up ms soz i couldnt be more of a help
