THQ admits that the 360 version of Homefront has profile corruption, connectivity and ping issues days after patching PS3 version of the game.
They say that 360 users are having a hard time getting into multiplayer games, while PS3 has already been patched for it's group of issues, and while PC is still left untouched with theirs.
Homefront Blog: “The Homefront team is finishing up our first critical title update that will address the profile corruption issue, also known as the freeze bug, as this is our highest priority,” reads an announcement on the Homefront Blog. “We are also including a fix for multiplayer connectivity and ping time issues, where players are being sent to distant server locations at the expense of performance
They also claim this patch will be sent to Microsoft as soon as possible, saying it just needs to be approved, but it will be in the very near future.
Also, additional fixes to the Playstation 3 version and PC version are being looked into also, as PS3 users are still having troubled multiplayer connectivity problems, and freeze issues. They say the PC version will get patched up more quickly.
There isn't only just the connectivity problem between the three forms of gaming, after the Playstation patch earlier in the week, THQ's share price dropped 20 percent & received bad reviews.
