Cant Connect To Xbox Live??

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Hey NGU,I got my xbox 2-3 months ago and ive had no problem playing online,but today my dad had to turn off the electricity to change some sockets,when he turned it back on i couldnt connect to xbox live,when i test my connection it passes until "Xbox live",it told me to turn off my router,then turn it back on which i did.

But now it says "Your console can connect to xbox live,but your router or gateway isnt properly responding to icmp responses"

"If your console is connected to a router or gateway,disconnect it and connect directly to the modem,this step helps determine if you have a router configuration problem."

"Have you connected your console directly to the modem?"

I dont know what to do,anyone help?

its been down since around 10.30-10.45am for me, and its now 4.45pm

i got same problem and have changed absolutely everything i can within my router etc. lol

so hope its back on soon
