Earlier today xboxs that were banned were temporarily unbanned. Then they were banned and a huge ban wave of unbanned consoles were banned for modding profiles and what not. So if you have any mods on your Xbox delete them now.

got a flashed drive but its on the latest firmware so will just ride this out and hope for the best

well, if they can detect it i have played games using this firmware and when i go on LIVE my xbox will report it and i will be flagged for a ban anyway if i change to stock now or not

so changing now probably wont change my fate
