I Remember these when i was on Xbox, i hacked and got them all like an year ago

How do we get these?

This is only a database of them, but you can get them on your xbox by doing the following:

Either: Buy them for 80 MSP. (For 5)

Or..... Get the image you want, save it to your PC
Then, Open up profile editor, then put it on..... save your profile and inject it back into your xbox.

No i have always used a modded Gamerpicture since i found the HDD modding time about 2 years ago. i think i now have a legit Gamerpic for the second time now
