First get on your iPod/ iPhone and download the "Bungie Mobile" app from the App Store. After you have downloaded it sign in with your Bungie.net account. After that go to the "Love Bungie" tab at the bottom of the screen, then hit the "Blue Flames" tab and turn it on, then go back and if you want the star nameplate go to the tab below called "All-Star Nameplate" and turn it on (You also have 7 that you can give to friends by typing in their GamerTag in the space provided. Afterwards, get on your computer and sign in to Bungie.net. Go to your Profile> Halo Game Settings, scroll down to the Bungie nameplate and equip it. Finally go onto your Xbox and get on Halo: Reach, go to the armory> armor effects> then equip ETERNAL. Then you are done. Hope I helped.
