(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); hey guys, I just bought a XBL 3 month code for my xbox account I bought, and I put it in and it says 3 month and all that but when I click redeem now, it says this right here

"Can't retrieve information from Xbox LIVE. Please try again later.
Status Code: 80169D94

Does anyone know what the problem may be?

you can go to xbox.com and redeem it, i'm pretty sure. the problem is that you're banned from the billing department - i'm pretty sure.

Call the billing department and they will clear it up for you. Also, try redownloading your gamertag.

You can call Xbox at (US & Canada only). 1-800-4MY-XBOX ask for billing questions and give them that status code then they will be able to tell you exactly what the problem is. You may also go to Xbox.com/support and enter the status code number in their ware it prompts you to.
