This is NOT my method, i have seen similar methods posted around but i think this one might work

    1. Make New Account, Join Xbox LIVE.

2. When it prompts you to Upgrade to Gold; Do it and Select the Sale One.

3. Next Day or even the Same Call them and ask them to turn off Auto Renewal.

4. When almost finished they should ask you If they can do anything else for you, This is when you tell to remove the CC.

5. They will ask for an Email Address and however much Gold you Purchased they should've sent you a Code with the LIVE you Purchased.

I personally haven't tried but when my Xbox Live runs out I'm thinking of making a new account and trying.

This won't work. Microsoft will never remove a credit card from an account, you can only switch them.

Of course they will let you remove it, they cant force you to keep it on your account. Its your money coming out of the card you can remove it whenever you want. If they attempt to stop you I'm sure that is against the law or something.

You are completely wrong. The only way to take off a credit card is to delete the account entirely. I've tried to take off my CC in the past with these results, the same is likely to happen to you.

You're welcome to try, I'm just saying it won't work as I have done it before.

EDIT: It's likely done for the exact reason of this post. That there is one of the most well known ways to commit credit card fraud.

Have you now? Well... That's just unfortunate.

In my case, I called several times and they all said they would switch it and they cannot take it off. They switched it and nothing is wrong with my account at all. No bans, nothing.

They basically told me a CC has to be on my account at all times.

Well it clearly worked for me, and take a moment to look at your own avatar before you start trolling
