To gameshare you would have to let your friend recover your account,he would then dowmload everything he want from the recent downloads.Then he would have to transfer the license.

2)When you install it it makes the xbox run smoother.The disk doesn't spin constantly.And you still need to have the game in the tray.

3)Whats psu?If you are saying playstation unit then no.THou you may not want to leave it on for more than 2 days.
