Lets call my console X and my friend console Y
Questions:
1) Will i lose the maps on console X?
2) After console Y license transfer my maps, i will still be able to buy more things on console X, without problems?
3) On console X i will be able to play the maps on any account or only the account that have bought the maps? same for Y.

I think that they will just stay with whatever console the account is on. I'm not sure though.

1)No you wont lose anything on your console
2)You will be able to buy stuff on your console no problem
3)As long as you have the account you originally downloaded the suff on you will be able to play it with any account that was on your system while you were downloading it.Your friend will be able to play it on his as long as he license transfers.
