I have 3 accounts on my XBOX one for me and 2 for the kids. The kids are tied to my Gamertag for friend authorisations etc. While I can still use the accounts from the XBOX I need to reset the password on the kids accounts. The company that provided the email addresses when I signed up (ukonline.co.uk) has gone bust so I cannot do this via email. I also cannot remember the favorite person from history. At the time I thought it was a stupid question to ask, but I figured I would always be able to reset them via email.

But this asks about Hotmail but they have never been used for hotmail / MSN only ever on the XBOX. I've talked with the XBOX live chat support they were less than useful, I've tried the password reset page a few times but it doesn't ask about the GamerTag. I obviously know my xbox live details and my account authorizes their friend requests etc, so they are somehow linked to mine. Is there not a way as the Parent account I can reset their passwords?

And have tried that, but though it refers to the live account password in the thread I can only see where to change the 4 digit XBOX Login password for the account in Modio. If I've missed something then that would be great, I just want to get access back to the accounts so I can update the email addresses.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
