I've bought loads of MSP of dhgate, just make sure you buy one that will work in your country eg Uk or Us

1 - Not really sure what would happen, Im guessing you would be fine, Not like you have done anything wrong

2 - If you download any DLC on your xbox it will be available on all profiles as its saved to your HDD. I have done this with Gears of war contents & COD map packs So yeah im pretty sure it will be all good

Ive bought some before , you will be fine. Make sure you get one for your region though.
